Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used grooming or personal care products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:
- Replace the item at no extra cost, or
- Provide a full refund if a replacement is not available
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return your original product and place a new order.
